Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
What is STUDIO VAIDIK's 7-days return & exchange policy? How does it work?
STUDIO VAIDIK’s 7-days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from the STUDIO VAIDIK website/m-site/app for any reason within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.
For returns and refund:
· Place a return request by contacting our customer care team within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Any requests placed after that will not be entertained.
· Pack the product in original, unused condition with our packaging and tags intact properly and ship it back to us using any reputed courier. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure the product reaches us safely.
· Courier charges for return to be borne by the customer.
· After we receive the product, and IF the product is found to be in satisfactory condition, we will drop you an email/ message to confirm the same.
· Refund amount will be that of the product ONLY. COD/ shipping charges/ return courier charges will not be refunded.
· Refund will be issued via UPI/ online mode only within 7 working days after receiving the product. No cash will be issued.
· If product is found to be damaged/ used, no refund will be issued.
For exchange:
· If you wish to exchange a product with a different one, please return the first one as per procedure above. Then place a fresh order for new product.
· For new product, extra charges after adjusting the old one are to be borne by the customer.
For cancellation:
· Cancellation can be done by customer on our website before order is dispatched.
· Cancellation can also be done by calling our Customer Care team on numbers given on our Contact page- https://studiovaidik.com/pages/contact
· Once parcel is dispatched, order cannot be cancelled. You can refuse the parcel at the time of delivery OR apply for refund after delivery, as per rules mentioned above.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 7-days Return and Exchange Policy:
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g. product must be packed in the original branded polybag).
- We only accept returns for products purchased directly from STUDIO VAIDIK’s website, mobile site, or app. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
- Please note that we do not refund the shipping or COD charges incurred by you at the time of placing the order or return.
- If you self-ship your return/exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. Return courier charges to be borne by the customer and will not be refunded.
- Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your STUDIO VAIDIK account.
- Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully.
- In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly
- If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return. Kindly inform us BEFORE returning any product.
For Partial Cash on Delivery (CoD):
As we have introduced the partial Cash on on Delivery, where we request the buyer to make the 10% payment of order in advance while placing the order and Rest Buyer can make the payment at the time of delivery.
- This 10% shall be payable at the time of placing the order and rest of the amount buyer can pay at the time of delivery.
- This is just to provide the best and fast delivery to the genuine buyers.
- This 10% is against the delivery cost of the order and this amount can not be refund in case of return or any other circumstances.
- If the Cash on Delivery order do not accept by the buyer then the 10% amount received from buyer shall not be refund in any circumstances.
- Even in case of customer return, in any case, this amount shall not be refund and shall be charges in the head of shipping cost.
